Pascal Lebard
Senior Partner & Co-Founder
Pascal co-founded Montyon Capital in 2024. He has over 30 years of experience in investment and the management of industrial groups. Former Managing Director at EXOR (Agnelli family) and Partner at 3i Group, he has led major strategic transactions and managed leading companies across Europe.
An EDHEC graduate, he embodies an approach to private equity that combines operational rigour and financial discipline.

Pierre Ménard
Partner & Co-Founder
Pierre co-founded Montyon Capital in 2024. He was previously a Partner at Otium Capital, where he led the firm’s industrial investment strategy. Pierre began his career at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), then spent five years at Air Liquide, including four within its venture arm, ALIAD.
He is a graduate of HEC and was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard.

Olivier Nantois
Principal
Olivier joined Montyon Capital in 2024 from Montagu, a European mid-cap private equity fund. He began his career at Rothschild & Co in London, working in M&A and Restructuring, before joining a US hedge fund.
Olivier holds an MBA from INSEAD, in partnership with Wharton.

Gaspard de Veyrac
Operating Principal
Gaspard joined Montyon Capital in 2024 as Operating Principal. He is responsible for implementing strategic plans within the fund’s portfolio companies.
He began his career at Air Liquide, where he developed new businesses across Europe and Asia. Gaspard is a graduate of Mines Paris, and also holds degrees in economics from École Polytechnique and ENSAE.

Quitterie Humblot
Associate
Quitterie Humblot joined Montyon Capital in 2024 from Otium Capital’s industrial investment team. She began her career in financial advisory at Accuracy, supporting private equity funds as well as French and European SMEs and large corporates.
Quitterie is a graduate of ESSEC with a specialisation in corporate finance.
